We don't use just any chilli. Our chillies are grown in Cardiff and kept raw through out the process.

We found inspiration for this chocolate in Melbourne where we drank great Soy Chai Lattes. Wonderfully smooth, with great taste giving us a warm feeling. In our smooth dark chocolate we embrace the same feeling and added the positiveness of our raw cacao and coconut blossom nectar
