In collaboration with Silva cacao we have made this amazing 72% chocolate from their Cub@n cacao.

Cacao and Cub@ have been going hand in hand for centuries and it’s home to it own traditional cacao varieties.

Our take on it has made a chocolate, 72% strong and sweetened with coconut sugar.

The flavours are just bursting out of this little joy with notes of tobacco, toasted nuts, lightly fruity and a sensational light finish of the fruits of bubblegum.
