This limited edition is from my cacao travels to Ecuador. I was only able to bring a small quantity of cacao beans, but I’m regretting not getting more.

From the south of Ecuador comes this amazing variety of cacao. Grown on the Hacienda Victoria Estate. This 500 hectare large estate has a collection of rare and ancient cacaos. The chocolate has amazing flavours and a beautiful but balanced pallet of floral and fruity notes.

It has been selected as a favourite bar in many of our blindfolded tastings.
