From the south of Ecuador comes this amazing variety of cacao. Grown on the Hacienda Victoria Estate. This 500 hectare large estate has a collection of rare and ancient cacaos. The chocolate has amazing flavours and a beautiful but balanced pallet of floral and fruity notes.

It has been selected as a favourite bar in many of our blindfolded tastings.
