From our travels in to the Solomon Islands come this cacao. Agnes runs her farm just two hours from the capital Honiara. She has a variety of cacao trees and has a dedicated group of families working on her farm. Her cacao is exceptional, we have a made a mature fruity chocolate bar.

We carried the cacao beans in our luggage home, so this edition is very limited.
